➥ Eu estudo, então durante as semanas de provas não terei muito tempo para desenhar••|> Por favor, não reivindique meu desenho•|> Você NÃO tem permissão para usar minha arte como um NFT ou qualquer gerador de arte de IA.•|> Comissões destinadas ao uso comercial, como banners de lojas ou ícones de perfis comerciais, devem ser notificadas antes de começar!•|> Se você comprar uma comissão, VOCÊ NÃO TEM PERMISSÃO de usá-la para comercializar um produto com ela estampada ou sendo usada de qualquer forma.•|> Seja claro com os detalhes da sua comissão para que não haja confusão.•|> Comissões urgentes podem variar em valores de até R$50•|> Tenho o direito de trabalhar em outras obras de arte durante o processo de comissionamento.•|> O arquivo finalizado será enviado em alta resolução via Google Drive ou e-mail.•|> Caso eu não consiga entrar em contato com o comprador e o pagamento final já tiver sido realizado, a arte será postada em minhas redes sociais••|> Tenho o direito de postar, gravar, transmitir, tirar fotos e enviar o processo de arte encomendado em minhas redes sociais ou em qualquer site.
🦇|| 2° PAGAMENTO;
➥ Os reembolsos não podem ser emitidos para comissões concluídas.•|> Aceito pagamentos via PayPal e pix até agora.•|> O pagamento deverá ser feito 50% antes do início da arte e 50% após a confirmação do esboço, a arte final será enviada normalmente.•|> Os clientes que optarem por pagar o valor integral antes do início da obra terão prioridade na lista de espera.•|> Tenho o direito de cancelar uma obra de arte e emitir um reembolso.•|> NÃO remova minha assinatura, sem a minha permissão!•|> Extras (animais, objetos...etc) terão um custo adicional de R$10-R$50—————————❤—————————🦇|| 3° PROCESSO;
➥ Seja claro com suas alterações artísticas! Caso aja muitas alterações eu tenho o direito de cobrar uma pequena taxa entre R$5-R$20 (dependendo da complexidade)•|> O cliente não poderá modificar o arquivo de comissão final sem minha autorização.🦇|| 4° CANCELAMENTO/REEMBOLSO;
➥ se o pedido for cancelado após o termino do esboço, apenas 50% do valor será reembolsado•|> se a pintura já tiver sido iniciada, nenhum reembolso será emitido•|> pedidos não iniciados, em caso de cancelamento o valor será reembolsado!—————————❤—————————🦇|| 5° O COMISSÁRIO É PERMITIDO A:
➥ Usa a arte para uso pessoal.•|> Imprimir a arte porém reivindique o direito ao seu personagem, mas não ao desenho em si.•|> Usar a arte para se promover, mas por favor dê os créditos ao artista de acordo.•|> Você pode utilizá-lo como banner ou capa de perfil da sua loja, mas com os devidos créditos.

➥ I study, so during exam weeks I didn't have much time to draw.•|> Please do not claim my drawing.•|> You are NOT allowed to use my art as an NFT or any AI art generator.•|> Commissions intended for commercial use, such as store banners or business profile icons, must be notified before starting!•|> If you purchase a commission, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to use it to market a product with it printed on or being used in any way.•|> Be clear with your commission details so there is no confusion.•|> Urgent commissions can range in value from up to $50.•|> I have the right to work on other works of art during the commissioning process.•|> The finished file will be sent in high resolution via Google Drive or email.•|> If I am unable to contact the buyer and the final payment has already been made, the art will be posted on my social networks.•|> I have the right to post, record, broadcast, take photos and submit the commissioned art process on my social media or any website.•|> Ask me first if you don't want me to publish the process.
🦇|| 2° PAYMENT;
➥ Refunds cannot be issued for completed commissions.•|> I accept payments via PayPal and pix until now.•|> Payment must be made 50% before the artwork begins and 50% after confirmation of the design, the final artwork will be sent normally.•|> Customers who choose to pay the full amount before work begins will have priority on the waiting list.•|> I have the right to cancel a work of art and issue a refund.•|> DON'T remove my subscription without my permission!•|> Extras (animals, objects...etc) will have an additional cost of US$ 10 to US$ 50.—————————❤—————————🦇|| 3° PROCESS;
➥ Be clear with your artistic changes! If there are many changes, I have the right to charge a small fee between R$5 and R$20 (depending on the complexity)•|> The client cannot modify the final commission file without my authorization.🦇|| 4° CANCELLATION//REFUND;

➥ Use the art for personal use.•|> Print the art but claim the right to your character, but not the drawing itself.•|> Use art to promote yourself, but please credit the artist accordingly.•|> You can use it as a banner or profile cover for your store, but with due credit.
